Amy Pirozzolo

Amy Pirozzolo is head of marketing at Fidelity Charitable, an independent public charity that has helped donors support more than 278,000 nonprofit organizations with more than $35 billion in grants since its inception in 1991. The mission of Fidelity Charitable is to further the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make charitable giving accessible, simple, and effective. Ms. Pirozzolo assumed her current role in 2013.

Experienced in both consumer and business-to-business marketing at marquee brands across a variety of industries, Ms. Pirozzolo is responsible for leading all aspects of marketing for Fidelity Charitable, including driving awareness for donor-advised funds, fundraising support, donor and nonprofit engagement strategy, and new program launches. Ms. Pirozzolo also serves on the team supporting the Fidelity Charitable Trustees’ Initiative.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Pirozzolo spent nearly 20 years in Fidelity’s Workplace Investing organization, where she held a variety of leadership positions honing her experience in acquisition, client development, retention and product marketing. During her tenure, she helped establish Fidelity as a leading 401(k) provider for more than 17,000 small to midsized businesses.

Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Ms. Pirozzolo held various marketing roles at Easy Spirit Shoes and Lenscrafters.

Outside of the office, Ms. Pirozzolo volunteers her time serving as chair of the board for Freedom United, the world’s largest advocacy organization committed to ending modern-day slavery and human trafficking. She is an active member of the Women’s Giving Network of Wake County (North Carolina), serving as the membership chair and currently as a member of the grants committee. She is also a member of the Triangle American Marketing Association (AMA) where she co-founded and co-leads the CMO networking group.
