Cardozie Jones

Cardozie Jones is the founding principal of True North EDI.  Bringing more than 15 years of experience as an educator, artist and critical race analyst to bear in each True North EDI engagement, Cardozie facilitates workshops, coaches leadership teams, and supports organizations in creating deeper, more meaningful, and lasting change. All True North EDI engagements center on the principle of interdependence, a concept built on reliance and partnership, where power is shared and identified as a point of constant reflection. The goal of the work is to help organizations build more equitable practices, systems and beliefs such that instead of recreating systems that produce and maintain power for a select group, they ultimately develop practices that create outcomes that are equitable for all. Cardozie approaches each engagement as an opportunity for professional communities to engage in deep reflection and action to create the change that is both necessary and possible.
